Morrow County has three parks.

The Morrow County off Highway Vehicle Park (OHV) is located in the Blue Mountains along Highway 207, approximately 32 miles south of Heppner. This 6,200 acre parcel was made possible by grants funded by ATV gas taxes and ATV permit fees through the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department.
The money from Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board has funded the cost of projects such as cattle guards and fencing to protect sensitive areas and to develop water sources for both wildlife and domestic animals.

Located 22 miles southeast of Heppner on the Blue Mountain Scenic Byway. Cutsforth Park open in 1954 on land donated by Orville Cutsforth.
The park has full and partial RV hook-ups as well as tent sites. Restrooms with showers, stocked fishing pond, horseshoe pits, day use area for picnics and family reunions and a playground for the kids.
There is also a large dining hall/kitchen available for rent. This building has a large dining area, fireplace and kitchen. Perfect for family reunions and large groups.
The park also has horse pens available for rent. There are trails adjacent to the park on the Umatilla National Forest for trail rides. The park is also a winter staging area for snow-mobilers area.

Located 26 mile southwest of Heppner on State Highway 207, Anson Wright Park opened in 1967 on land donated by the Wright Family.
The park has full and partial RV hook-ups as well as tent sites. Restrooms with showers, stocked fishing pond, horseshoe pits, day use area for picnics and family reunions and a playground for the kids.
This park is located 6 miles from the Morrow County OHV Park. For those people who want full amenities for camping while riding a the OHV park, this park is the answer.
